  • Annual Bonus: Subject to individual performance

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the service office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Coordinate with office tenants and vendors to address their needs and maintain positive working relationships
  • Order and maintain adequate office supplies to support uninterrupted office activities
  • Process basic invoicing accurately and timely to support financial record keeping
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service to enhance tenant and vendor interactions
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
