Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the service office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
- Coordinate with office tenants and vendors to address their needs and maintain positive working relationships
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies to support uninterrupted office activities
- Process basic invoicing accurately and timely to support financial record keeping
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service to enhance tenant and vendor interactions
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere
- Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
