A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and drive business growth. This role involves strategic planning, performance management, and close collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Set sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for team members
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and budgeting
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
