Job Description

Monday to Thur8.45am-6.30pm & Friday8.30-6.30pm

  • Ensured efficient daily operations of the centre, supporting enrolment growth, fee collection, and customer engagement
  • Provided high-quality front-line service by managing enquiries, calls, visitors, and communication channels
  • Maintained strict adherence to safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for children and visitors
  • Strengthened administrative efficiency through accurate record-keeping, reporting, and data management
  • Supported smooth operational workflow through coordination of correspondence, vendors, and office resources
  • Ensured timely preparation of reports and maintenance of updated operational records and systems
  • Fostered positive relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders to enhance service experience
  • Supported continuous improvement through training participation and process compliance
  • Managed office administration including supplies, equipment coordination, and petty cash processes
  • Provided flexible support for ad-hoc tasks to ensure uninterrupted centre operations
