EDI & Digital Logistics Manager (East / 3PL) [EL]

• Lead regional and global implementation projects for multimodal freight forwarding solutions, ensuring seamless operational and system integration
• Act as key liaison between customers, internal operations, IT, and legal teams to align business requirements and delivery execution
• Translate complex customer requirements into standardized operational processes (SOPs/eSOPs) ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Drive end-to-end system implementation activities including UAT coordination, system deployment, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization
• Oversee full project governance including timeline control, risk management, resource planning, and change management
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through structured communication, reporting, and business review sessions
• Lead training and change adoption initiatives for operational teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure operational excellence post-implementation through compliance monitoring and performance governance
• Support KPI tracking, service performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion digital transformation initiatives including EDI integration and process automation
