Regional Logistics Implementation Manager (East / 3PL) [EL]

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global freight forwarding solutions across air, ocean, road, and rail freight services
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Legal, and external stakeholders) to deliver integrated operational and system solutions
• Gather and translate customer requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs to ensure accurate and zero-defect implementation
• Collaborate with IT teams on eSolutions development, including requirements gathering, SIT/UAT testing, issue resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and change requests to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Communicate project updates through regular reporting, reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Conduct training for internal and external stakeholders on operational systems and SOP compliance
• Provide post-implementation governance support to ensure operational consistency and service excellence across stations
• Track KPIs and conduct business reviews to support performance monitoring and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, EDI integration, and service enhancement initiatives globally
