Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (Regional) (Regional / 3PL) [EL]

Responsibilities

• Work on global and regional Total Rewards projects such as job grading, salary structure design, and compensation planning
• Support and manage salary benchmarking surveys across the region
• Advise HR and business teams on compensation policies and reward frameworks
• Review salary offers and compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and fairness
• Support bonus design, cost planning, and financial impact analysis
• Help standardize benefits, allowances, and insurance programs across countries
• Ensure consistent application of reward principles across the region while adapting to local needs
• Provide analysis and insights to support pay decisions and reward strategy

Requirements

• 8–10 years of HR experience, ideally in Compensation & Benefits within a MNC
• Strong understanding of salary structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Able to interpret market insights into practical HR recommendations
• Good communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
