Responsibilities
- Support group Total Rewards initiatives, including job evaluation, job grading, salary structure design, and compensation planning, backed by market benchmarking and cost analysis
- Manage regional participation in compensation surveys and ensure accurate submission and validation across HR teams
- Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, frameworks, and guidelines
- Review and recommend competitive and equitable remuneration packages
- Support bonus scheme design, cost modelling, and scenario analysis
- Review and harmonize benefits structures, allowances, and insurance programs across the group
- Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of reward frameworks while considering local market practices
- Deliver data-driven insights and modelling to support compensation strategy and pay positioning decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment; regional/global exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of total rewards practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate market data into practical compensation recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
