  • Oversee and support frontline operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and cashiering duties when required.

  • Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries, and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of patient service.

  • Provide guidance and support to Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

  • Perform chaperone duties and assist in explaining medical procedures to patients when necessary.

  • Support doctors in language translation when required to facilitate effective communication with patients.

  • Ensure accurate and well-organised patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and manage drug inventory, including stock checks, ordering coordination, and ensuring proper storage and documentation.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a professional image.

  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, data protection regulations, and clinic policies.

  • Perform phlebotomy duties when required and when appropriately trained.

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine operational checks and audits within the clinic.

  • Support clinic management in daily operational matters, including collating, analysing, and compiling patient management indicators and operational reports for management review.

  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules and coverage when required to ensure adequate manpower.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance clinic workflow and patient experience.

  • Assist with operational coverage at other facilities when required.
