Night Club Manager

We are looking for the Enthusiastic Club Manager for our Newly opened club with the following qualities.

• Manage and oversee all nightclub operations
• Recruit, train, and supervise bar and floor staff
• Ensure a high level of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and liquor laws
• Plan and organize events, parties, and promotions
• Analyze sales and revenue reports
• Implement innovative strategies to improve services and attract more customers
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the venue

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Nightclub Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and alcohol and licensing regulations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage financial and administrative tasks
• A degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
