Job Summary

The Food Processing Worker will handle poultry and halal meat products by performing marination, skewering, meat-cutting, packing, and general tasks according to skillset.

Responsibilities

• Operate food preparation machines and equipment to process poultry and halal meat products efficiently
• Follow food processing standard operating procedures (SOP) and recipes precisely to ensure product quality
• Maintain workplace safety by adhering to hygiene standards and safe handling practices
• Handle physical tasks including standing for long periods, working in cold temperatures (10°C to 15°C), and carrying baskets weighing 10kg to 15kg

Required competencies and certifications

• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene to meet food safety requirements
• Ability to cope with physical demands such as cold environments and manual handling of products

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Working Hours

• Day shift: 9am to 9pm
• Evening shift: 2pm to 2am
• Option to work either 5 or 6 days per week for chosen shift
