Job Description

Role Overview

Support sales activities, client servicing, and project coordination while working closely with internal

teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role provides valuable exposure to client management,

project execution, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling incoming sales enquiries and qualified leads.

• Conduct initial sales consultations and product introductions.

• Support proposal preparation and client onboarding activities.

• Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress and assist in timeline management.

• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes.

• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Follow up with clients throughout project implementation.

• Assist in maintaining project documentation and status reports.

• Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties

as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Interested in sales, project coordination, and client servicing.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
