Personal Assistant for Senior Designer

* Social Media Marketing

* Minutes taking for meeting with clients

* Assisting with client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

* Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)

* Assisting in preparation of proposals for design work (sketches/3D and detailed drawings)

* Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients

* Assisting in project management overseeing entire project workflow

* Other ad-hoc duties assigned

- knowledge of autocad, sketchup, Adobe Illustrator is a plus
