Bus Captain (Full Time/Part Time)

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• 6-day work week

Location: Bishan

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Operations Supervisor.
• Operate assigned bus routes safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and lawful instructions.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude when interacting with passengers and clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Serve as a standby driver when operational needs require.
• Provide administrative or operational support during off-peak periods when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong safety awareness and responsible driving habits.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
