Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

This role supports daily logistics and warehouse operations for vehicle shipments. The Customer Service Coordinator manages inventory records, shipment documentation, transport arrangements, customer communication, billing checks, and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) records for inbound/outbound shipments, imports/exports, inventory, and car movements.
• Coordinate daily transportation, deliveries, collections, and event logistics with customers and operations teams.
• Prepare and manage shipment documents, permits, checklists, and defect reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure records match physical stock and location plans.
• Communicate shipment defects or issues to customers and arrange follow-up actions when needed.
• Handle invoicing verification, overflow storage billing, and monthly revenue/cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, Singapore Customs, LTA, and other regulations.
• Maintain organized documentation backups and support audits and operational meetings.
• Prepare KPI reports, customization/customs reports, and vehicle handover forms.
• Support workplace safety duties, including first aid checks and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Driving license required
• Comfortable with logistics coordination, documentation, and customer communication
• Basic knowledge of warehouse/logistics systems and compliance processes preferred

Working Hours & Location

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Location: Tuas
