The Talent People is representing our client, a leading multinational conglomerate with diversified businesses across natural resources, manufacturing, and sustainable solutions, with a strong presence in Singapore, Indonesia, and other international markets.

About the Role

Our client is establishing a dedicated healthcare team to support the health, wellbeing, and medical care needs of senior leadership personnel. They are seeking a qualified Private Nurse to provide high-quality, professional, and confidential nursing care, including health monitoring, care coordination, and travel support when required.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Monitoring & Care

  • Monitor vital signs and overall health status.

  • Administer and manage medications as prescribed.

  • Support chronic disease management and rehabilitation programmes.

  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing assessments and observations.

Diet & Nutrition Support

  • Assist in implementing nutrition and wellness plans recommended by healthcare professionals.

  • Monitor adherence to dietary requirements and recovery plans.

Therapy Coordination

  • Coordinate with physiotherapists, specialists, and other healthcare providers.

  • Support the implementation of prescribed treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Medical Inventory & Hygiene

  • Maintain adequate medical supplies and equipment.

  • Ensure appropriate infection control, hygiene, and sanitisation practices are followed.

Health Documentation

  • Maintain accurate medical records and daily health reports.

  • Update and digitise clinical documentation as required.

Emergency Response

  • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and urgent healthcare situations.

  • Support medical evacuation arrangements when necessary.


Travel Requirements

  • Accompany designated senior leadership personnel on overseas business trips to ensure continuity of care.

  • Travel may include international destinations and may require extended stays of approximately 1–3 weeks per trip.

  • Overseas travel allowances will be provided in accordance with company policy.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid licence from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in acute care, community care, home care, long-term care, or related clinical settings.

  • Experience in areas such as general medicine, chronic disease management, intensive care, cardiology, or emergency/critical care is advantageous.

  • Experience working in structured clinical environments, including hospitals or comparable healthcare institutions, is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to provide direct nursing care, conduct health assessments, and communicate effectively with a Mandarin-speaking only patient.

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous for communication with caregivers and support staff.

  • Comfortable working in a private residential environment while maintaining professional nursing standards.

  • Willing and able to travel internationally as required.


Work Schedule

  • 4-day work week.

  • 12-hour shifts, primarily day shifts.

  • International travel required approximately 2–3 times per year.
