Engineering Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve faults promptly
• Support installation and commissioning of new systems or machinery
• Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and reduce downtime
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and repair work

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Relevant working experience in engineering or maintenance roles
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and coordination skills
