Store & Inventory Administrator

Job Description

Store & Inventory Administrator to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and support financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and valuations
• Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
• Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
• Manage stock receiving, storage, and issuance processes
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to inventory (e.g., stock valuation, cost tracking)
• Conduct bank reconciliations and support accounts payable/receivable tracking where required
• Utilize accounting/inventory software (e.g., Autocount, Audit Express) to record transactions
• Support preparation of financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
• Generate inventory and financial reports for management review
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to improve inventory control processes
• Any other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by the company

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with accounting or inventory management software (e.g., Autocount, Audit Express)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good time management and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store administration
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in inventory counting, reconciliation, and valuation
