Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical and cyber outreach through digital media and online platforms
  • Build developmental relationships through engagement during drop-in and digital drifting
  • Deliver casework and supportive counselling to youths and collaborate with community partners to ensure youths are supported through multidisciplinary teams.  
  • Provide online chat to youths to offer supportive counselling and emotional support on Tinkle Friend online chat and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and create social media contents to facilitate outreach and social media strategies
  • Design groupwork programme that are based on literature and research articles
  • Conduct preventive screening and mental health check-in session

    Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or Counselling
  • Relevant work experience with children and youths preferred
  • Proficiency with videography and editing tools
  • Comfortable working on digital platforms such as Social media, Discord, Telegram etc.
  • Able to work in a team with colleagues to facilitate or assist in centre programmes when needed
