Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage manpower deployment and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• BCSS, CSOC, or other relevant construction certifications will be an advantage.
