Administrator
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support daily operations and project activities.
Responsibilities:
Project coordination work, prepare site progress reports, and submit monthly progress claims
Source materials and negotiate pricing
Handle calls, visitors, and receipt of goods
Prepare quotations and purchase orders (AutoCount)
Manage work pass and training course applications
Maintain ISO documentation
Compile material catalogues and O&M manuals
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of construction experience
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
A team player with good communication and customer service skills
