Experience

• Preferable with technical application in Electronics, Semiconductor and Mechanical industries: ≤ 2 years

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical engineering disciplines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, minor repairing and maintenance jobs at customers’ sites
• Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers
• Hands-on troubleshooting, repairs and overhaul of Semicon &COBRA series pumps in the workshop
• Provide product training to customers as and when required
• Responsible for generating failure analysis reports
• Create and maintain service records in the company’s system
• Strictly compliance to health and safety rules set
• Internal & external ad-hoc duties assigned by the Field Service Manager

Requirements

• Proficient with Office 365
• Aptitude towards Technical & Engineering Field Service is necessary
• Strong in Communication, Analytical and Judgmental skills
• Knowledge of Pumps is an advantage but not mandatory
• Good Organization Skill, Team Player, Independently &Meticulous
