Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Prepare monthly reports and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal staff.
  • Handle administrative duties and office correspondence.
  • Support HR and payroll administration when required.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • • Minimum 2 years of administrative or accounts-related experience.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • • Knowledge of MYOB or other accounting software will be an advantage.
  • • Able to handle administrative and accounting duties independently.
  • • Good communication and organisational skills.
