Graphics Executive

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Design and deliver the bi-monthly Club Magazine with strong editorial structure and visual clarity

• Create visual assets for the website, eDMs, and social channels

• Apply brand guidelines with discipline while supporting their evolution

• Translate editorial and communications direction into clear, considered design outcomes

• Partner closely with content and digital leads to maintain coherence across channels

• Manage multiple workstreams with prioritisation and attention to detail

• Contribute to the refinement of templates, layouts, and visual systems

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
  

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design

• Experience working in a collaborative or structured creative environment, such as an agency or in-house design team

• Strong foundation in typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to design for both editorial and digital formats

• Consistent attention to detail, sound judgement, and a high standard of execution

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
