Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and dedicated TCM Wellness Therapist to join our premium wellness clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Yang Sheng, Meridian massage, Gua Sha, Tuina, and Cupping treatments that meet high-quality standards to enhance client wellness
• Apply Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including meridian theory and body constitution analysis, to personalise treatment plans for each client
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess wellness needs and recommend tailored wellness programmes
• Provide a refined, professional, and empathetic guest experience that fosters client trust and satisfaction
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Holistic Massage or equivalent
• ITEC / CIBTAC / WSQ certification
• Sound knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and techniques
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in TCM wellness therapy
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
• Time : 945am to 645pm / 1130am to 830pm
• Professional, patient, and service-oriented mindset
