Assembly Operator

Join a Semi-Conductor Manufacturing Company as an Assembly Operator (pack out) supporting the assembly of server racks, chassis, and hard drives on the production line.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble chassis and hard drives accurately to meet production standards
• Assemble server racks and cabinets ensuring structural integrity and quality
• Perform detailed server assembly tasks on the production line to support manufacturing flow
• Unpack and package components and finished products to prepare for shipment or further processing
• Build racks as required to support server assembly and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by applying 5S standards within the work area
• Work effectively on shifts to meet production schedules

Required:

• Maintain physical fitness to perform assembly tasks safely and efficiently
• Use screwdrivers and assembly tools competently to complete assembly tasks
• Stand for extended periods to support continuous production activities
• Work safely on ladders and at heights as required during assembly
• Lift or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs to handle components and equipment
• Possess basic computer skills to support production documentation or communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience
• Completion of technical school, vocational school, or high school diploma or above
