Warehouse Operator

Join a Semi-Conductor Manufacturing Company as a Warehouse Operator, supporting efficient warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management, and equipment care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials accurately to support production and shipping schedules
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against documentation to ensure accuracy
• Ship products according to schedules while maintaining proper documentation
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate hand scanners, RF scanners, and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) to track inventory movements
• Maintain company-provided equipment in good working condition through proper care and handling
• Follow Health & Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment within the warehouse
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by adhering to 5S standards and good housekeeping practices
• Work effectively on assigned shifts to meet operational demands
• Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by management to support warehouse functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and scanners
• Good written and verbal communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members
• Ability to work within a quality system environment to meet company standards
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and handle materials safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs to support material handling tasks
