Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Service Projects Specialist to join our team in the travel and tourism industry in Singapore. The role involves supporting and coordinating a wide range of company projects, including both digital transformation initiatives and traditional operational projects across different departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage company projects across different departments, including both digital and non-digital initiatives.
  • Support the planning, implementation, tracking, and completion of projects to ensure timelines and objectives are achieved.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows, customer experience, and service processes.
  • Assist in digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, automation projects, and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct data collection, reporting, and large-scale data analysis to support business planning and management decision-making.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks/issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and service providers when required.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to travel operations, sales, customer services, marketing, and business development.
  • Assist in researching industry trends, customer insights, and operational improvements within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records, SOPs, and related materials.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or special projects assigned by management.


Job Requirements 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Tourism Management, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and business analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project coordination, digital platforms, automation tools, or reporting systems will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or service industry will be an advantage.
