OPERATIONS MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction site operations, ensuring efficient project execution from planning to completion.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resources
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation across multiple sites
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management
• Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively
• Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
• Control project costs and support budget management
• Coordinate procurement and logistics for site operations
• Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction/site operations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and WSH standards
• Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project planning and reporting
