We believe lasting change happens when young people are supported not only in school, but also at home and within their communities.
The Family Growth Programme brings together Academic Coaching, Family Development Mentorship and community support to help children, youth and families grow together.
We are looking for a Programme Lead who can build, shape and strengthen this initiative from the ground up.
This is more than a programme management role.
It is an opportunity to create an ecosystem of support that helps young people and families move forward together.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Family Growth Programme.
· Develop programme frameworks, workflows, service protocols and quality assurance processes.
· Monitor programme outcomes, KPIs and compliance requirements.
· Provide supervision and support to Family Development Mentors.
· Oversee participant intake, assessment and service planning.
· Build partnerships with schools, ComLink teams, social service agencies and community partners.
· Prepare reports for management, funders, board and government agencies.
· Support volunteer recruitment, training and capability development.
· Drive programme evaluation and use data to improve service delivery.
Requirements
· Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Community Development or related discipline.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in social services, youth development or family services.
· Experience leading programmes and managing stakeholders.
· Strong programme design, project management and systems-thinking skills.
· Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
· Passion for developing the strengths and potential of children, youth and families.
