IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation
·Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
·Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
·Verify and maintain shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
·Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication
· Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
· Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
· Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
Compliance & Problem Resolution
· Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
· Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
· Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.
Requirements:
· Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations. Candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome.
· Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
· Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with overseas partners.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
