Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, quotations, and orders.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Update customer records and ensure proper documentation filing.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM.
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Goo communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
