Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans to determine and prepare accurate quantity requirements for materials
• Estimate material quantities and associated costs to support project budgeting
• Prepare contracts and related documentation to formalize project agreements
• Set and manage budgets for payments, inventory, and material procurement to ensure financial control
• Analyze costs related to maintenance and additional building needs to optimize resource allocation
• Estimate project timelines by assessing task durations and dependencies to support scheduling
• Provide timely and clear project information to clients to maintain transparency and trust
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and keep projects on track toward completion
