Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to drive referral growth, strengthen partnerships with General Practitioners (GPs) and healthcare providers, and lead outreach initiatives that enhance patient engagement and business development opportunities.

This role combines healthcare partnerships, outreach, referral development, patient concierge support, and marketing initiatives to support organizational growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Partnerships, Outreach & Business Development

  • Develop and execute outreach initiatives to engage GPs, clinics, and healthcare partners, driving referral growth and business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clinic accounts and referral partners to support client retention, referral volume, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular clinic visits, networking activities, and engagement programmes to strengthen partnerships, increase brand visibility, and improve case conversion.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new referring doctors and clinic partners while expanding existing referral networks and accounts.
  • Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration, service delivery, and follow-up on referral opportunities.

Patient Concierge & Client Experience

  • Manage patient enquiries and appointment coordination across multiple communication channels.
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, clinics, and patients to ensure a seamless patient journey and positive care experience.
  • Address client feedback, resolve issues proactively, and support initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and partner engagement.

Marketing, Events & Reporting

  • Support he planning and execution of GP outreach programmes, healthcare talks, workshops, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, stakeholder communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Track referral performance, outreach activities, partnership engagement, and business development outcomes through regular reporting.
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, and finance teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, outreach, account management, GP engagement, patient relations, or marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and commercially driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
