Job Description
Job Summary
Provide structured supervision and holistic guidance to primary school students in a premium student care environment. This role focuses on supporting students’ daily routines, homework completion, and character development, while academic teaching is conducted by dedicated enrichment teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students at all times
Guide students in completing their school homework and spelling revisions (no formal teaching required)
Reinforce positive behaviour, values, and independence through daily interactions
Support the implementation of centre programmes, including enrichment schedules and holiday activities
Maintain a structured and conducive environment for learning and development
Build positive rapport with students to support their social and emotional growth
Communicate professionally with parents on students’ progress and behaviour when required
Assist with classroom management, administrative tasks, and centre operations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in student care, childcare, or education setting
Comfortable guiding primary school students with homework (English and/or Chinese)
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
Patient, nurturing, and able to handle children in a structured environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours & Benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
School Holidays: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Annual Leave: 14 days
