Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours
• Guide students in their daily homework and spelling revision
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities to support holistic development
• Deliver subject-specific coaching (e.g. Chinese, English, Mathematics, or Science) to strengthen students’ academic performance
• Deliver lessons and conduct assessments aligned with MOE syllabus
• Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Perform administrative duties related to student care operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (Education or related field preferred)
• Strong foundation in at least one core subject (Chinese, English, Mathematics, or Science)
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, nurturing, and able to engage young learners
• Relevant experience in teaching or student care is an advantage
