🚀 Job Description (What You’ll Do)
You will wear multiple hats across the branding and marketing spectrum. You will own the visual identity and content engine of Poddo. Your primary mission is to make Poddo look incredible, tell compelling brand stories, and create high-converting creative assets.
Content Creation & Video Production: Concept, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikToks, IG Reels, Shopee/Lazada Live/Video, ad creatives) that drive engagement and sales.
Graphic Design: Design digital assets for social media, paid ads (Meta/Shopee), email newsletters, and e-commerce store banners. Assist with physical touchpoints like product packaging and promotional inserts.
Brand & Campaign Strategy: Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns to launch new products or seasonal promotions, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media calendars, engage with our community, and look out for trending audio, memes, and angles relevant to our niche.
🛠️ Job Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
We care more about your portfolio, taste, and drive than a specific degree.
The "All-Rounder" Skillset: Proficient in graphic design (Adobe Suite or Canva) and mobile/desktop video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
Social Media Native: You understand what makes content go viral on TikTok and Instagram. You know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
Visual Taste & Branding Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, good layout skills, and a modern aesthetic that aligns with a lifestyle consumer brand.
Action-Oriented & Independent: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can take a rough idea, script it, shoot it, and publish it without needing micro-management.
Bonus Points:
Experience running or creating assets for E-commerce brands (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
Basic copywriting skills to write catchy captions and ad hooks.
Comfortable being behind and occasionally in front of the camera for organic brand content.
