Job Description

Supervise the work of accounting officers and assistants in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Review journal entries, accounting records, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders as needed.
Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff to ensure high-quality output and team development.
Coordinate with other departments and provide financial data to support business operations.
Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, cash flow management, and other finance projects
