Inside Sales Representative (B2B Sales/ Service)
Job Description
Our client is the world’s largest independent aerospace distribution company. Currently, they are seeking for Inside Sales Representative to be part of the team.
As your role as ISR, you will be responsible for both expanding their presence with existing customers and develop new customers within the Asia-Pacific region. You are curious, ambitious, and persistent as well as goal-oriented; You get a thrill when you challenge yourself and succeed - and you are compelled to keep doing it. You like to win - but not at any cost; You are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of your internal and external customers and gaining their trust and respect. The ISR will need to excel in planning; you want to maximize every moment of the day and you take the time to prioritize and schedule your selling activities.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Engage proactively 60-80% of the time with customers by phone, email, social media and seek to develop new and maintain existing relationships with stakeholders across the customers’ organization by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Listen – to understand the customer’s environment, challenges or results being sought - to gain new and repeat business, identify and offer attractive solutions, and grow sales - using a consultative sales approach.
- Leverage your unique talents, creativity, competitive instincts, analytical and organizational skills, humor, social savvy, and market intelligence to continuously improve what you do.
- Be empowered to succeed with comprehensive and robust product- and sales training, tools, technology, and supportive leadership and teams.
- Manage the overall sales process for each opportunity with support from internal resources. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams in an energetic, highly collaborative, global work environment to increase B-2-B sales of the company’s aviation products.
- Support and maintain updated customer account records in Salesforce including but not limited to Campaigns, Meeting Reports, Logging of relevant engagement Activity and Opportunities; Quote/Opportunity/Sales analysis; Account Planning; Selective quote follows up; Managing new credit applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant work experience interfacing directly with customers preferably in a B2B sales or service environment.
- Great verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English; Fluency of other Asian language(s) an advantage (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Malaysian, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean or Japanese).
- Aptitude for asking insightful discovery questions and exceptional listening skills.
- Astute critical thinking and analytical skills; Strong intrinsic drive for results; High energy and initiative; Willingness to take appropriate risks.
- Diploma/ Associate’s/ Bachelor’s Degree.
- Should be available for limited travel for onsite customer visits to win key sales opportunities.
