Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Senior Site Quantity Surveyor to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Contract Administration: Liaised with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contract issues; ensured site staff compliance with contract obligations and scope of work
• Procurement: Sourced subcontractors and suppliers, obtained quotations, and managed purchase orders to secure competitive prices within project budgets
• Progress Claims & Payments: Prepared and submitted progress claims to clients; evaluated subcontractor claims and prepared payment vouchers to maintain adequate project cash flow

REQUIREMENT

• 5 years with a major Singapore construction firm specializing in condominiums, commercial buildings, residential, and hotels
• Managed 2–3 new build projects from inception to final account completion
