Sales Executive

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• Basic $2,500 to $2,800 plus comms up to $4,000
• Location: Central

Job Description:

• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and grow sales with existing customers while identifying new business prospects.
• Manage and expand client accounts through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
• Monitor sales performance and align sales activities with inventory availability and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to achieve sales objectives.
• Generate additional revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and cold-calling activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the Navision system.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
