Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse)

Basic information:
• 5 Days, 8:30am to 6pm (night shift)
• Basic UP $3500
• AWS and allowances provided
• Location: West

Job Scope:

• Ensuring the Assembly operations are running smoothly and resolve any issues arising with transporters with internal GLS team
• Planning and monitoring picking productivity and ensuring adequate resources are in place.
• Manage picker’s performance and service level and report issues
• Ensuring all store claims and incidents are investigated and closed on time and corrective actions are implemented
• Overseeing all picking operations, including productivity KPIs, order accuracy, and picking timelines, to ensure efficient execution and on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor and ensure good housekeeping and safe work environments for Assembly department
• Manage the department staffs activities to ensure team’s resources are utilized effectively and efficiently that work schedule and targets are met
