HR cum Admin Manager / Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Making sure legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of daily HR operations including developing various recruitment channels, formulating recruitment plan, and conducting preliminary interview screening etc.
• Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation.
• Assisting superior to organize and fulfil the needs of talent training and development.
• Optimize the performance appraisal plan according to the development status of the company, and follow up the implementation.
• Assisting in the formulation, implementation and supervision of the company's personnel management system, and promote the corporate culture.
• Be responsible for payroll duties and tax filing (IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR8S, IR21).
• Act as a point of contact with government bodies for HR matters including MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA etc.
• Assisting on various work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and appeals.
• Providing general office administrative support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in the same position, technical, IT service industry background is preferred.
• Familiar with cloud computing or data centre is a plus.
• Strong recruitment experience.
• Familiar with local labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong compression and self-driving force.
