Job Description

Job Summary

You will manage setup and maintenance of products and resources for Stewarding department, support service quality improvements, participate in hotel events and help achieve budget goals while fostering a productive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, dismantle, store, maintain and handle all products and resources for Stewarding department following established standards to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of work and service stations
  • Receive and report product and service issues, providing actionable feedback to improve quality
  • Participate actively in hotel events and stewarding deaprtment communication sessions such as briefings and host events to support team alignment
  • Complete stewarding deaprtment initiatives aimed at meeting or exceeding monthly budget targets through effective execution
  • Collaborate with team members to build a productive work environment and strengthen section teamwork

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate effective teamwork skills to support group objectives
  • Show flexibility by working rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends as required
