Account Cum Admin Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Report to Accounting Manager.
2. Prepare miscellaneous & petty cash vouchers.
3. Issue tax invoices to clients, contractors, and vendors in compliance with tax regulations.
4. Submit statutory claims (eg. childcare, maternity, NS make-up pay claims).
5. Purchase office stationery and pantry supplies.
6. Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma in Accounting, Administration or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicants.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Self-motivated with positive attitude.
5. Prior experience in the construction industry.
Other Information
Working Days
1. 0800am to 1800pm (Mon - Thur) & 0800am to 1700pm (Fri).
2. Stationed at Construction Site Office.
