Job Description

Job Description
• To handle the manual raising of certificates for all courses into the system so that there is no delay and we meet the KPI set by client

• To manually email to all participants who request for certificates

• To handle the raising and capturing of PSEA and Mendaki payments, pending system enhancements

• To centralize the submission of the various reports which are currently done manually and cannot be supported by the system

• To assist the team in handling the Diploma and Crawler Crane courses

• To formalize SOPs based on the format established, after the respective teams have written down their SOPs

• To track the compliance of KPIs by the various staff based on the tabulated KPIs extracted from the agreement

• Undertake additional tasks as required.

• Other ad-hoc projects may be required

Requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions.

• Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).

• Able to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language (i.e. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil)

• Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service.

•Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

•Detailed and meticulous

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

*Candidates with finance knowledge or experience preferred

WFO - Ang Mo Kio, M-F: 8.30am - 6pm, 2-year contract
