Job Summary

You will support the organization in governance, compliance, administrative coordination, and staff engagement initiatives. This role involves maintaining compliance records and documentation, supporting audits and meetings, coordinating organizational activities and projects, and promoting a positive and sustainable workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures to meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and risk assessments, and follow up on actions to improve internal controls
  • Organize and maintain accurate governance, compliance, and secretariat records
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support by coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing documentation
  • Coordinate and support organizational initiatives, including staff engagement activities and sustainability projects such as Green Ambassador initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and internal activities to enhance organizational culture
  • Support training and awareness programs to promote compliance and reinforce organizational values
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by the Manager

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Positive team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant administrative, compliance, audit, or coordination experience have an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
