Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead and monitor service staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement team.
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in accordance with company policies

    Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygienestandards is required.
