Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead and monitor service staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement team.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in accordance with company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygienestandards is required.
