Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the packaging materials wholesale sector
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, price negotiation, contract discussion and post-sales follow-up
- Handle and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships and sustainable margins
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to recommend suitable packaging materials and customised solutions based on cost, functionality and logistics requirements
- Prepare and review pricing structures, quotations and cost analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing movements and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations, procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including product positioning, promotional planning and brand visibility within the wholesale market
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and management reports on a regular basis
- Support management in business planning, budgeting and strategic decision-making
- Represent the company in industry-related meetings, trade discussions and client negotiations
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
