Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the packaging materials wholesale sector
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, price negotiation, contract discussion and post-sales follow-up
  • Handle and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships and sustainable margins
  • Conduct technical consultations with clients to recommend suitable packaging materials and customised solutions based on cost, functionality and logistics requirements
  • Prepare and review pricing structures, quotations and cost analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing movements and new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including product positioning, promotional planning and brand visibility within the wholesale market
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and management reports on a regular basis
  • Support management in business planning, budgeting and strategic decision-making
  • Represent the company in industry-related meetings, trade discussions and client negotiations
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
