Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Fashion and Garment Designer to join our team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising theproduction of high-quality garments from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop original fashion designs andgarment concepts based on current market trends and client requirements.

-Create detailed technical drawings,specifications, and garment construction guidelines.

-Select appropriate fabrics, materials,colors, and trims suitable for each design.

-Conduct fittings and make necessaryadjustments to ensure proper garment structure and quality.

-Work closely with tailors, patternmakers, and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

-Oversee the entire design process frominitial concept, pattern development, sampling, and final production.

-Ensure garments meet professionaltailoring standards and quality control requirements.

-Maintain proper documentation of designspecifications and production processes..

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in custom-made garments,haute couture, or bespoke tailoring.

-Knowledge of international fashiontrends and fabric sourcing.
