Service Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service & Operations Admin to join our dynamic team at Junma Services Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service and operations divisions, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities at our Tuas West Region office.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Preparing and processing documents, reports, and other materials as required
Assisting with the coordination of logistics and travel arrangements for the service and operations teams
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address enquiries and resolve issues
Supporting the implementation of office procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency
Performing a variety of other administrative duties as needed to support the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service-oriented or operations-focused environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
